Im going to do a karma -

This Karma will last for 3 weeks -

You dont get to know what it is -

But there may be a small shipping fee - 50 or less I suspect (anything past 50 I will swallow) - but it will be worth it.

Must have over 300 post and I have the right to discriminate

Must find a memorable quote a member on here has said

EDIT: One more rule, the winner of this item(s) cannot resale them for profit. And they have to be given back to this forum as a karma when they are done.

Karma ends Jan 31st

Just so you know, it's hard for anyone to gauge whether they want something that would cost $50 shipping based on room requirements etc for the speakers that you're trying to Karma.......

Just tell people exactly what you're karmaing so you don't have people entering that don't really have a need for said item.

I gotta agree with the others.. although Karma's are up the the giver of course to set whatever rules he or she wants... this goes way off base.. shipping has always been part of the deal of a respectable karma.

Without knowing what it is.. i may or may not have any use for it.

Good for you Trey for giving something back.. espec. since alot of the people in here took you under their wings. and led you to the level of audio gear of quality you have achieved over the years. I applaud you for wanting go return the gesture.

I can't be in yet.. i don't know what the karma is. Once i figure it out.. which I have a pretty good idea already.. I'll refrain from entering right now.

What the hell - throw me in the mix......

Here is a classic quote from someone we have not heard from in quite awhile. (oddly enough - it is just like his other 70 quotes.).....
Hey guys I know I post a lot of threads and I'm always changing my mind about speakers, but what really is the best pound for pound speaker out there? Keeping all 7 speakers the same and everything, and cost not an issue.
    Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
    Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
    Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
    Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
    Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms)

If you dont think its worth it and you win it, then Ill go to the next name... not like I am going to hold it to you.

But like I said, max of 50 dollar shipping.

    Oh yeah, no guessing either.

Im assuming everyone posting quotes is "IN" ? Great quotes so far, keep it coming!

Let's see: an investment in time and effort (searching for favorite post) with no certainty of any return on investment: in fact, an almost certain probability that I'm going to lose ?

Oh, I get it ! Kind of like getting married, huh ? :)

    In that case, I'M IN.

My favorite post ? Oh, it's no contest.
It was a post by DisneyJoe7.

    From the growth patch thread
On a side note, would these patches work with the "Rodeo" position? That's where you mount from rear and tell her she's better than her sister. You then have to hold on for 10 seconds before getting thrown off. :D

    In,

Have to go back a few years for this one, kids, a thread discussing the relative merit of hot women who smoke....Micah prolcaimed that Winona Ryder was disgusting and then RonP said this:
I'll smoke a big Hoyo De Montery Cigar and then hook up with her.

Struck me hilarious and used it in my sig line for a couple years.
