New fronts and centre..older rears?

I've been a Polk owner for more years than I care to admit. Today Joe, at my local Polk dealers, helped me to "retire" my RT55's and CS300.
Replaced them with a pair of RTi10's and a CSi5. A really sweet sounding set up.
I am keeping my PSW350 and am wondering about changing my f/x300i's. Would the F/Xi3's really make that big of a difference?
The entire rig is being driven by a Yamaha RX-V1500. DYI speaker cables (Canare 4S8 cable) and DYI inter-connects (again Canare cable).
Thoughts?
Cheers,
Ian

Welcome to the club ...
Timbre matching won't be as important in surrounds as it is in the front sound stage ... -
After a couple of evenings of listening, the F/X's do what they have always done. I figure I've saved a few bucks so I might for shopping for a new........??
