Volume Control on miDock Portfolio

I just received a miDock Portfolio for Christmas. When I've used it, I've encountered the following problem:

I place my iPod into the dock and power on the system. I press play on the iPod and the music plays through the speakers. However, the music is way too loud, so I press the volume down button, but it goes from being way too loud to almost inaudible. There's no happy medium. I've tried adjusting the volume on the iPod to compensate, but it doesn't make a difference. I can have the iPod volume all the way up or all the way down, and it doesn't change the output on the miDock.

You should send a message to Ken at Polk CS. They are a quality bunch of techs there and should straighten the problem out pretty quick.

Welcome to the forum and I hope it all works out!
