I currently have an older set of polk speakers with the SL2000 tweeter in them. One of the tweeters is worn out and in need of replacement. I read that the RD0194-1 is basicly the same tweeter as the sl2000 but better. If i want to replace my sl2000 tweeter with this one will it line up correctly though or will i need to make some modifications?

It's a drop in replacement for the SL2000, nothing needed but a screwdriver.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

You'll want to replace all the tweeters for a sonic match as the new ones do sound different.
