I need some help

:confused: I own a 2006 rav4 without the JBL audio system therefore i want to upgrade my speakers, get a sub, and put an amp in without changing out the head unit. For speakers i was going to with the db6500's and replace all the factory speakers with them. I then wanted to get a sub after reading all the reviews and they said that the speakers lacked some bass. So, i was planning on getting either the db104 or db104DVC. But then i also read on the reviews that itd probably be a good idea to strengthen the power of all this and get an amp. Therefore i plan on getting the c400.4. Im not sure if this will all work together or not... someone please lemme know what i should do

    It will work. Find a reputable install shop in your area, and tell them what you want. They can convert the speaker (high level) output on your stock headunit to line (low level) outputs to drive your 400.4 - so you can keep it (stock).

    You are still going to need an amp for the sub(s).
