Hi everyone,
I wasn't sure if I should post my question here or in the WTB section. I figured my target audience is in this section. Sorry if I am mistaken...

Anyway, does anyone have a spare RTA 15TL emblem for the front of the grille? I am still trying to get things restored, and I could use one of these pieces. I realize it's a long shot, but I suppose there's no harm in asking.

Thanks,
Brian

    Hey Jesse,

It's a piece about 10" wide, all black, with a gold stripe in the middle. On the right it reads, "polk audio". There are two prongs which get inserted into the grille, and small metal fasteners hold it in place from the back. It sits on the grille just above the passive radiator.

Oh yeah, I remember now. I don't have one, sorry. I had to restore the ones on the pair I ended up selling. I do have some regular "Polk Audio" emblems, but they wouldn't work.

No problem. I really don't expect anyone to have this emblem, since it was ONLY used on the 15TL.

Only the 15TL? Is it wider than the one used on the 11T/TL?

I 'think' it is. For each RTA model, the emblem seems to leave about a 1" margin on the sides. So, since the 15TL is wider than the 11, I expect the emblem to be wider. To be precise, the 15TL emblem is 9.25" wide.

I have both 11TL amd 15TL. The 11TL emblem only measures a little over 7.5" end to end.

Did you ask Polk's customer service department if they have any?

Yes. Ken said the chances of finding one around are slim, due to the age of the product.
