So just yesterday i noticed that my subwoofer was cutting in and out. It would work, then shutdown, then work, then work but softly, continuing till i shut off my stereo.

The amp is a Polk Momo c300.2 and the sub is a Polk Momo 12" mm2124

Oh, and then as a second problem, my speakers started to shut off today, not at the same time, but shut off and stay off for a while, then turn back on and work for about 15 minutes, then shut off again

the speakers are polk momo mmc570's, and the amp driving them is a 2 channel mtx thunder 282
head unit is a pioneer DEH-P8MP

and all the cables power are firmly attached, tested, and working perfectly, thats what i tried first.

Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had the same problem a while back with my C300.2. I tried new everything (remote, fuse, power wire, ground wire, RCA but not the radio). It finally ticked me off so much that I went to Best Buy and bout a Kenwood amp. It's a great amp...lots of power but I don't like it...it's not my Polk. The Kenwood hasn't given me any problems but I bought a 2008 Civic Couple a few months back and I'm about to do a new install this weekend. I'm going to give the Polk a second shot before I take it to a further extent. Unfortunately there is no one around here that sells Polk any more so I'm sad
