Another 1000 Post Karma

This being my 1000 post, I wanted to make it a karma. I've won two karmas here; have learned so much here; not to mention the new friends I've made; that I want to give back however little I can give right now.

I thought for quite awhile what I wanted to put up for karma. I really don't have any extra equipment lying around to put up so I started thinking about what really moves me and of course it is music.

I want to put up for karma something that I really love. My all time favorite recording WAS "Jazz at the Pawnshop." It has been dethroned by a Mapleshade recording called "The Art of the Ballad." I really really love this CD. It is by far the best recorded CD I've ever heard with the best performances I've ever heard by numerous artists.

If you don't like jazz ballads this CD will make a lover of this genre out of you. The sound is simply thrilling. As Billy (LibertyC), Anthony (amulford), and Phil (pearsall001) can attest this CD is a real gem.

This one I have hasn't been opened yet. Any member of this forum can join in for this karma.

Just let me know whether you are in. I'll have my wife draw a post number Tuesday night 8:00 PM EST.

Check this link.

    Insies for favor.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
