Well guys my time here has come and gone. My wife is moving out tommorow and with her goes my internet abilities. I may be lucky enough to stay on for maybe a week longer. I do not know though. I am also moving. I will possibly be getting a house in the next town over drom me. Herrin. I am to go look at it tomorow. So hopefully I will be able to be on here at least till Sunday. So that I can measure the new livingroom and get your guys opinion on positioning. If I am unable to I bid you all farewell, and wish you luck in all of your journeys. I would also like to thank everyone for all the help has been given me:)

Yep divorce:D I am stoked even though she is taking the living room set and the dining room set. Oh she is also relieving me of half of everything else. At least she is leaving my electronics, bank accounts, and guns.

I went through it. It is hard at the time - it WILL get better. I'm approaching two years now.

Please avoid posts about the guns. If you become subject to a domestic restraining order (and your comment IS sufficient evidence to warrant such an order) you are barred under federal law from possessing firearms. If the police get to them before you can transfer them to a trusted individual, you may never see them again.

There is nothing to be solved with guns in this situation, and I own plenty of 'em so I'm not a anti-gunner - just lookin' out for a fellow man who is filled with anger and frustration right now. I got my guns out of the house when I found out my ex was trying to get an order against me, and it worked to my benefit. I suggest the same for you. Stay cordial even if it kills you inside - don't give her a reason...........

    Hey Brian,

Dr Spec preaches very good advise.(very well said) Just remember that whatever goes down, there's no ht in jail. I went through the "D" word also. Once you get over the anger & pain, you can start getting on with your life. Whatever you may loose in the divorce you will achieve again (upgraded I'm sure). Don't let your emotions over power logic. good luck and hang in there.

You guys are great! I seen a few mentions of the word pain. Their is no pain, and no I am not in denial ;) . I was not making any threats I was merely stating what is most important to me will stay with me. I am allowing her to take the furniture and half of everything else. She knows though my stuff is just that. Plus in case she forgets I will be here while she is moving out tomorow;). I have already spoke to my neighbor who builds puters on how much he will charge me for a puter. Sixty bucks! What a guy! That is so bare bones with only like a 1.2 GIG drive but I only use it for the net anyway so maybe I wont be leaving for very long. Hopefully that is. In any case I will be on the net till Sunday so in the last posts you can tell me how to set up at my new house :D . I just got off the phone with my future room mate and SHE is paying the down and first month till I can pay her back! What a girl! I picked out my first big screen last night a Panasonic 47" w i d e s cr e e n. I will have that this fall. Though there is a hell of a **** storm right now all I can smell are roses;)

She is not paying rent, but merely loaning 450 till the beginning of the month. The RPTV is waiting till like November.

My first wife is a lawyer... I hate that woman!

Married to her less than a year and that was all I could take. I went on vacation and told her to take everything... when I got back I had a tv a Carver Amp and a pair of RTA 8T's. I left the house bought a case of beer and a bucket of chicken and never looked BACK!

Lot of Babes at Southern Ill Univ in Carbondale!!! I'll bet your going to have fun!

Good luck and stay in touch!
