I-Sonic

1st off, I must say I love the radio. Good sound quality, nice looking piece of equipment.
I do have one question that I'd like to know if I'm doing something wrong.
My clock seems to be running 1-2 minutes ahead of real time after I set it.
I thought it was supposed to get a signal from the XM side to set it, or am I wrong? If so, what is the easiest way to make sure it gets set automatically from time to time?

I can't answer your clock question, but I can make a suggestion for even better sound. Raise the unit up about an inch, inch and a half. That will allow the port to breathe better or so we thought at Polkfest '06.Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."

Mark - Here's an answer to your questions:
1. Sometimes there is variability in the clock chip. About how long does it take before the I-Sonic is a couple minutes fast?
2. I believe XM only sets the clock when you first plug in the I-Sonic. So make sure the XM antenna is plugged in when you plug in the I-Sonic. I'll look into if it is constantly updated or just the once.

Hi, Brian...it's usually off within a day or so.
I have done the update via the XM antenna a couple of times, but it seems to slip soon after.
Thanks for your help!
