You make a point, but what about Democrats who do everything they can to keep Republicans out of office and power and vica versa. Their "Americans". Am i not an American because i disagree with these people who are trying to destroy the way America has been? Am I not an "American" because I want to keep them out of power? Do explain, and if I am wrong, which there is a good chance I am, Ill learn, im not a moron(well not all the time) that won't listen to a good point, just please explain more.(Not meaning to be disrespectful at all)

One of the major issues in the 2008 election will be about the economy.

Someone has to pay for Iraq as it appears that our original estimates of the cost of the war were slightly low.
The plan for the Iraq oil industry to pay for the cost of the war doesn't look like it is going to pan out, either.

You can embed a running counter on your web page that displays the cost of the war. You can view the running counter, and instructions for embedding it, here:
    http://nationalpriorities.org/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=182

Whether you agree, or disagree, with the course of the war in Iraq, it is informative to know the cost.

Only in a country this great could you vote to NOT pledge your alleniance with no repercussions. I have nothing against people wanting to make changes, but to ban the pledge of allegiance is really thumbing your nose at the whole country. Go to another country to live if you don't like this one.
