Turnaround time on repairs

Hello,
I recently sent one of my LSi25's to Polk Audio Service in San Diego for repair. It arrived via UPS on the 1st of November. Can anyone tell me what the possible turnaround time on repairs might be and whether or not Polk will inform me when they ship my speaker back to me? Thanks.
