For those who are wondering, of course I'll remove the dust cover every time I power up the amp.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

Ha ha. I was hoping you wouldn't see that. My **** is too lazy to dust off my gear, so I figured I'd cover it up instead.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

Very nice Early! I was wondering about the heat until I saw your next post. What's it made out of and where did you get it?
Luther, that photo of you table is outstanding! I've seen it a number of places.Carl -

It's made of acrylic. Go to audiogon and search "acrylic." Take some measurements, e-mail the seller, and let him know what you want and your zip. He'll respond with a quote. Your choice of thickness and color (clear or smoke).HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

Looks very nice and I might order one. The only problem is most times my amp is powered up. But other times it's down...
What did it cost you? -
Looks awesome, Early.
I think I'm going to start covering up my equipments when not in use. Gonna make some ghetto covers when I have time.
Just noticed the Shuguang (bird looking logo) and SG symbol on your Jolida unit. I know the KT88's are SG's, but are your driver tubes Chinese as well? They probably designed it around the Shuguang tubes. So it may sound very nice that way. It may not be your type of sound, but should probably be worth exploring.
Wardsweb,
I really like the way your room is set up. The lighting and color of the room goes very well together with the gear. I've seen several pics on audiokarma. Got a whole room shot? -
