Wasn't Joey_V thinking about testing those?Audio: Polk S15 * Polk S35 * Polk S10 * SVS SB-1000 Pro

Nah... these are the Minis... the one's I was thinking of testing out were the RSL II.
These Minis are $1500 and should be of decent quality. My local audio buddy is getting these in a few weeks. I will report back what I hear.

I thought it looks very nice, do let us know what your thoughts after listening to your bud's, even better if you could compare it with LSi15. Craftmanship looks superior, compared to the LSis.I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

It should be a good speaker... but it's going to be real real difficult to do A/B comparison with other speakers as I am not able to lug a pair of 15s there. Doing it by memory is like a shot in the dark...
I cant even lug my Summits to his place to do an A/B.
Ahh... I guess we're going to have to trust my audio memory and my sense of audio.
Yup... it's time to bring the A-Game going.Magico M2, JL113v2x2, EMM, ARC Ref 10 Line, ARC Ref 10 Phono, VPIx2, Lyra Etna, Airtight Opus1, Boulder, AQ Wel&Wild, SRA Scuttle Rack, BlueSound+LPS, Thorens 124DD+124SPU, Sennheiser, Metaxas R2R -
Mark makes it clear that EVERY product he has is the end-all of whatever price segment it belongs to. Personally, I'm sick and tired of hearing that... and when I listen to the speaker itself and I remind myself of the hype he puts around said speaker, I just try to keep myself from puking.
Ok... maybe it's not that harsh, but still.
The Mini should be a solid speaker, but end-all at that price point? I doubt it.Magico M2, JL113v2x2, EMM, ARC Ref 10 Line, ARC Ref 10 Phono, VPIx2, Lyra Etna, Airtight Opus1, Boulder, AQ Wel&Wild, SRA Scuttle Rack, BlueSound+LPS, Thorens 124DD+124SPU, Sennheiser, Metaxas R2R -
Zero wrote:I have read a lot of confident words from Mark and the crew, but nothing along the lines of it being the end/all be/all. It coulda slipped my radar.
Hugs go to you Sean!
Anyway, they always insinuate it if anything. We'll see. If the Minis are truly that good, then I'll eat my words.Magico M2, JL113v2x2, EMM, ARC Ref 10 Line, ARC Ref 10 Phono, VPIx2, Lyra Etna, Airtight Opus1, Boulder, AQ Wel&Wild, SRA Scuttle Rack, BlueSound+LPS, Thorens 124DD+124SPU, Sennheiser, Metaxas R2R -
Looks like just the ticket for one of my rooms/Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.
