Is a replacement speaker available for the RTI100?

There is no sound coming from the midrange. The tweeter and sub work.

Is there a separate fuse for the mid-range?

    Hello,
Thanks for posting on the Forum. The best thing to do is to remove the damaged driver, you'll need a 9/64th Allen wrench to take out the hex head bolts, and disconnect the two wires attached. Then send the driver to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address and a copy of your sales receipt.
    Regards, Ken

It took me a while to finally remove the mid-range and send it to Polk, but I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

I was unable to find the original receipt from when I purchased the system +-4 years ago and Polk STILL replaced the bad mid-range at no charge.

I will definately purchase from POLK AGAIN!!!

Not only is it a great product but they have great customer service.

    Thank You, :)
