I"m excited and wanted to share my excitement with you all. I bought a rotel 1072 CDP today!!!!! Made such a difference. Heres a picture of it chillin with my other homies. :D

    I was using an old sony CDP from 1995.:o night and day difference. :eek:

    The Rotel 1072 is a great addition to any set-up...it looks good with your Parasound gear,I know it sounds good:D

    The 1072 will easily hold it's own with some popular big boy DAC's like the Bel Canto and Benchmark. As a transport it's as clean as a CD-ROM drive but with a remote. :)

    I really like the halo mated with the lsi towers. I got a chance to audition some rotel amps (1080) the other day. They sounded a little too laid back for me. Nice with B&W speaks however.

    The 1072 cleaned up the noise floor so much that I'm able to hear things that weren't audible before. The clarity is unbelieveable. I also noticed more pronounced and clearer mids. Now to try out this HDCD...:)
