Paul DiComo talks up our forum quite a bit when he's traveling and spreading his Polk seed. This is a valuable part of their business and while they may not participate very often, they read everything.

    Great stuff.

Hey now! Just cause you guys talk about the same electronics stuff every day doesn't mean I don't want to participate. Talk about the I-Sonic and I can type so much that your eyes will bleed :)

AVS seems to be too big with some moderation issues. Nearly every thread in the AMPs section degrades into an argument. One thing very apparent to me about the Club-Polk forum is the comaraderie.

I think the moderation issue is that they don't have enough people to police their policies... so the policies are broken... then they go and make more strict rules to make up for it. Its a wonderful site since there are some extremely smart people on there who will give you tips to know your equipment inside and out, but its not a very friendly place.

What's an I-Sonic, as I've never heard of the product. Is that enough of an opening?
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Polk's response to the Bose wave radio:

    http://isonic.polkaudio.com/

Interesting product since it has HD FM capability.
