LSi25 problems continue

Well last night I switched speaker cables and plugged the right channel into the left channel of my amp and vice versa. Result? The left channel got much hotter than the right channel; the same thing that happened when the right speaker is connected on its proper amp channel. This leads me to believe that the problem is with the speaker and not the amp. Any other suggestions, or should I start thinking about shipping the speaker in question back to Polk? Help!!

It really does sound like perhaps you are having an ipedance issue with that speaker.
One thins, how "exactly" do you have them hooked up.
Full range speaker level? Top part speaker level and sub line level? Sub LFE in? Running Line level out from one sub to the other or Y at the preout into each sub?
