Magnet wire for speaker cables / they're staying!!!

Being the curious guy that I am I had to give them a shot. I've read numerous positive comments & great reviews on this 12ga wire so I went & made myself a bi-wired pair for my AAD 2001 monitors to see what all the hype was about. The wire itself has no insulation, just a very thin coating of red varnish (I think it's some sort of varnish) I've had them in place for about 3 wks now. Well let me tell you it is all true. I am tickled silly on the musical performance of these cables. They just do everything right without sacrificing anything. My previous cables were Signal cables ultra (not bi-wired) and Canare 4S11 bi-wired cables. I still have them if interested because they are no longer needed. The magnet wire has bested them & has found a new home. To my ears they just sound better than the other two cables. As a side note if anyone is interested in trying these cables out I have a boat load of the wire. I am giving it away at .35ft & 3.00 per order to cover S&H inside the States. A little extra outside the States just to cover my shipping costs. Trust me I'm not getting rich selling the wire. I just want to offer it to anybody that is also a curious guy like me.     mavrda1, no I went straight for the bi-wired set up. The way these sound I really don't have any plans for a single wire pair. By the way the Audio Art IC3's are staying to.

    tonyb, what's the matter, your hands broke? Come on for the price you can't possibly go wrong. You owe it to those fabulous Legacy speakers & awesome Butler amp. A bi-wired set of these cables will have them singing like you never heard them sing before. Yeah, I'm really enjoying the CJ. Come on man you can do it!!

    Hi,

    Is there a link to how they're constructed (twisted pair, parallel runs, etc.)? Sounds very interesting. I didn't realize coated magnet wire was available in such large gauge.
