DEH-P4700MP looks dead, but beeps

The Pioneer DEH-P4700MP in my Chevy C20 van has worked fine for 1 year, 12 days. Now I cannot turn it on with either the remote or the SOURCE button on the faceplate. The lights on the faceplace do not light. The fuse is intact. In fact, I swapped it with a fuse that I know works. It seems like it is not getting power, yet when I turn off the car without removing the front panel, it sounds its warning beeps.

Any ideas?
