I need some help PLEASE!

2 problems. 1. My amplifier or head unit as Sony Customer Service says, is putting most of the power of the amp to my 6x9 speakers. I know this casue my trunk was rattleing, (good thing) but I took my sub out of the trunk to see how it sounded. The trunk still rattled and I notice the 6x9 speakers thumping and rattling the trunk. And w/out high frequency opn music comes from the sub. I have no clue what could be casuing this. Someone please tell me what is going on? 2. Does anybody know the Durabrand Customer Service number? Sony said there are settings on or somehwere on the head unit to set it to my subwoofer. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!:(

I would highly recommend you actually take your car to a Professional car stereo installer. they will be able to help you with all of your problems.
