Liquid Nails and clamps should fix you up.

Remove the panels, use a hair drier to warm the old glue, remove the glue with your hands by pulling it.any residue left can be removed with a spatula.
Go to a craft shop a buy a large bottle of MAGNA TAC 809 permanent adhesive (large bottle is 8oz and cost approx $6.00).
Apply a bead of glue around the perimeter working torwards the middle.wait 3-5 minutes then attach panels to speakers. Do both panels at the same time.
Once panels are attached, have 4 sections of laundry rope long enough to encircle the speakers precut and tie each section around the speaker as tightly as possible. make sure the ropes dont damage or kink any if the drivers.
Let the glue set overnight.

The website of the adhesive manufacturer is: www.beacon1.com

btw, make sure you use alot of ventilation when applying the adhesive otherwise you'll get a wicked high.

If they are bowed too badly to simply reattach and you need to remove them completely, see this thread, post 8.

I had to recover some SRS 2's I purchased in this thread. I was able to get two side panels off without damaging them, but two broke requiring replacement. I used Liquid Nails to glue them back on. I applied a full perimeter bead with a series of X's from top to bottom.
