Can you replace/repair Speaker cone ?

I have a set of speakers and one has a MW8000 speaker where the cone has a tear in it, its not totally ripped and gone. I am not aware where I could purchase another speaker to replace it so I wanted to try and repair the cone, is this possible??? If so what method is the best (tape/super glue)???
