AMR50 problem!

Have broke volume knob on subwoofer, now sub won't work at all. Knob is loose if you push it in, it will make contact and work. Please advise.

    nk this could be said without expanation but I just want to remind everyone of how awesome Polk is to work with. I had a problem with a set of computer speakers, emailed Polk and got service way beyond ordinary. This is the type of service that I think often goes unreported which is why I just want to thank Polk once again and remind everybody here why I enjoy their products so much.
