I've got that fever and need to sell off some stuff so I can relieve it. More pics available upon request.

SDA 2As- Completely stock and in pretty nice condition. Interconnect included(blade/blade). Work perfectly, with just a few minor scuffs, but nothing that's not expected in a 20+ year old pair of speakers. Local pick-up only. Will consider delivering within 100 miles or so for the fuel cost.

$250 firm SOLD!!!

RTA8TLs- In absolutely fabulous condition. Only 1 or 2 VERY minor flaws that can only be seen upon extremely close up inspection. Same as the above speakers...local pick-up only. Will consider delivery within 100 miles or so for fuel cost.

$185 firm

Monitor 10As- In good to very good shape for the age. These do have the "Peerless" tweeters. I had to replace one of the drivers with the Polk replacement due to lock-up when transporting them home. They come with the attached stands. They DO NOT have any grills, which, imo, isn't that big of a deal. They look a lot better naked. Same as the two above as far as pick-up/delivery stips.

$150 firm

Interesting trades will be considered.

Thanks,
Noel

Edit- Delivery to the Chicagoland, Columbus, or Cincinnati areas might be able to be arranged.

Wow. I'd personally like to have all three of those speakers. Just wait 'til I get a place of my own and a room for this stuff!

There's a set of polk 10 grills on ebay right now. 12 bucks is the bid. Not sure if they are the right ones. I think they had 2 styles over the years.

I can vouch for the 2a's. I'm still enjoying my nearly identical 2b's after 10 years of use. To get a better sda, you'll have to pay twice what noel is asking.

Interest has been shown on the SDAs. Waiting for a call to see if we can get together on pickup/delivery.

I've had them doing 2.1 HT duty, but last night I decided to hook them up in the music rig and I was reminded of just how good these smaller SDAs really sound. IMO, nothing for under $300 can even lick the sweat off the ....s of these.:D

If you have interest in any of these, please reply in this thread. I've had several emails and sometimes I go days without checking my hotmail account.

SDAs are pending sale to a member. Trying to work out the logistics of pickup/delivery.

    Thanks

I hope to be delivering the SDAs to the Chicago area this weekend. If there is anyone in the general vicinity that's interested in either of the other speakers, this may be an opportunity to have them delivered.

Glad you made it back OK. The road construction increases the travel time.

Did you get them out yourself or get help? Once you find the balance point with the bass module and the uprights, they ain't too bad.

I'll upgrade the Silver's wiring once I get the service manual for them. Some folks claim one or more drivers were wired out of phase. I pulled one cover off and they make it confusing by mixing black and red wires on the same terminals. Thinking about it made my head hurt so I put the cover back on.

Well, I guess that answers my question;) . At least you avoided the construction during a normal heavy traffic day. Normally it's miserable around here.

they're fantastic. They fill the room completely and sound much bigger than I would expect. I've been listening to them practically nonstop over the last 2 days. I am definitely a happy new member into the SDA fan club!
