Hooking up a PSW1000...??Question??

I want to hook up a PSW1000 sub to my system, but the location I need to put the sub (next to the sofa) is across the room. The question is: what is the longest length I can run a subwoofer cable from the receiver to the sub? With the drops in the walls and the attic run I figured I would have to have a 40' cable. I don't have room next to the Main speakers, space is at a premium on that wall.
TV - Pioneer Elite 1130HD
DVD - Pioneer Elite DV-79AVi
Receiver/Preamp: - Pioneer Elite VSX-72TXV
Finally an Amp: - Sunfire Cinema Grand 200~5
Speakers
Fronts - LSi25
Center - LSiC
Surround - LSiFX
Cables: Blue Jeans Cables
NOW  Gotta find a suuuuubwoofer!!

You can use rg59sd for that run. It will carry the signal over 100 feet with good results. I have personally made cables that long and longer and didn't have any problems.
Liberity makes really nice ends to go with that cable. You can go to your local Tweeter and the guys there can have the cable built for yeah. Make sure you get it long enough for play. Don't worry about the length.

hi,
i used a 100ft cable for a sub (psw1200) with no problems.the biggest trouble you may have, is where to plug the sub in for power.
later, scottI thought it was fairly amusing also. The Polk Ogre doesn't always get 'it'
