This Preakness was one of the most exciting races I've watched in a lot of years. Another 60 ft. , the outcome would've been completely different. ;) #6 and #8 were coming up super fast! Some predicted #8 to be the best challenger for #7. Those horse racing guys and gals KNOW their stuff. #8 was about to take the lead for sure!

I'm short two pairs of boots...caiman, and ostrich leg.

Come on Herm! whats the hold up? You have the best collection of boots I ever heard of so it time to ...wait....how about Ostrich speakers like you can get from Skip by Rosso's ? You know you want these :)

Skip this man needs your help!
I read that Skip hates ostrich skin. Me on the other hand... these are my four piece smooth ostrich boots, this was my picture tribute to the series finale of Justified. Sometimes I like to dress up like Raylan Givens and russle me up some ladies.

But... you could charge it just by parking real close to your neighbor's house. :)

Oh, oh, oh --- and the mechanics of the not-too-distant future will have to pry the car apart with little knife-like tools when repairs are required. :|

You'd have to go to an Apple store, wait hours, to schedule an Apple certified tech to work on your Apple car.

....at which point, all the data your Apple car collects will be drained, new Apple software installed, and as you pull out your car will flash an error that the driver is not compatible with the car.

I couldn't believe this today on Drudge. Apparantly retailiation for getting moved out of his original seat due to rowdiness and harassing female passengers. He was immediately arrested upon landing. OMG!

Wait, what -- hoisting a couple?
I hope that the couple you were hoisting were both OK with being hoisted.
I mean, they would have to sign waivers and whatnot, right?

As long as that's not a new firehouse in the background -- I am not seeing a problem.

The photo reminds me of a sight I saw in a little town in central/western Massachusetts some years back. There was a guy on audiokarma who hosted a shindig at his house not too far from Sturbridge, MA. They lived off of Route 9. The road on which one turned to get to their street had a utility pole right in the middle of it. Right smack dab in the middle of the paved street. Blacktop right up to the pole.

    Pretty odd.

    j2hobqamr8g7.jpg

I've seen several variations of this over the years. :) Is it incurable or curable physical, functional, external depreciation, or none at all ? What I would do is notify the lender, if one is involved, explain/describe the situation if it is really a safety hazard. If lender agrees I would request the property owner pay to relocate hydrant to a proper location. Most municipalities would not issue a permit to pour a driveway around a hydrant that would be in the middle of it. Cities pour sidewalks around hydrants all the time. People do dumb stuff. Hard to tell from the property in the photo what the entire lay of the site is. Narrow dwelling, is that a side load garage? Are we viewing the front or side? Moot points, this is an audio forum! Carry on with better things. :)

^^^ Steep driveways yes, not that steep! First photo is scary (hard to believe too)! Is there a moat below? I know it rains a lot in Seattle but...
