I just wanted to take time to brag about Polk service and once recognize Ken Swauger for his understanding and quick reaction to my request for assistance. When I got my new component cabinet, I noticed that my CSi5 speaker's kickstand bracket had basically bent and torn away from the speaker. The only thing I could suspect was a faulty bracket since it had never had any weight but the speakers against it.

When I sent my problem to Ken, he responded the very next day with a statement that my new bracket was on the way.

I cannot say enough about this kind of service and response from such a large company as Polk. There is no doubt that with customer service like this, I will always recommend Polk products to my friends and family.

Thanks again Polk for wonderful products and employees like Ken for taking the time to care about your customers.

    Polk CS is awesome!

I won't say that Polk has never dropped the ball when designing or building a product, every company is going to make mistakes from time to time.

I've known numerous people who own Polk, and I've never heard of an incident from them or on this board of someone who got bad customer service from Polk.

Simple enough, you take care of your customers and they'll forgive a mistake every once in a while...

    Excellend job Polk!

Polk Customer Service makes me feel funny inside my pants.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Polk sent me 8 replacement feet for my RTi8's that were lost in shipping! Free of Charge! And I bought them second hand from a guy off the board! Talk about good service, I was sold at that moment.

Keep it up, and you'll keep us for life!
