Yep, good old record. I've been listening to it in my car, to and from work. Now I've got those tunes running around in my head. Humming the lyrics all day long.

That is a very nice Album. I really like the title track, Temptation, and Narrow Daylight.
She was playing in Seattle last year at a small jazz club and I wanted to see her but tickets started at $250 and the money was not there.

I think she really smoked Joni Mitchell on "Black Crow". I have always
been a fan of J.M. especially on her own songs, but D.K. brought this one
    to another level.

    Jackie Green: American Myth

I didn't realize I wasn't done spending once I got my 3910 LOL. Sacred Love is a great album; I like most of the songs which never happens. The sound on Brother's in Arms is ridiculous! I love demoing "I want my MTV". I am definitely looking for new albums on SACD and DVDA

The cd is pretty enjoyable. A bit abstract like her very early work, but it flows pretty well. I dl'd the bootleg version of this cd, the one Sony originally decided against releasing because it was just to esoteric and disjointed. I gotta say the original is not very cohesive. The final (released oficially) mixes with a new producer (for the same songs) is much better. The first and last song on the official release are the original untouched versions and when you listen to the rest of the songs the contrast is very evident.

I'd say pick it up.....it takes more than a couple listens and it finally starts to really work musically. Her 2nd best work so far. She's a perfectionist and a recluse so I doubt we'll see anything new again for quite awhile
