    In please.
Too many Polk speakers to count.
The dumbest thing I ever did was a couple of months ago. I hooked up my surround speakers through the wall, down through the floor into the basement to existing wires in basement ceiling and then back up through the floor to my receiver. No sound from surrounds! Doumbfounded, I thought the receiver or speakers were broken. Well, a couple hours later, I realized I hooked up some old speaker cables left in the ceiling of the basement to the receiver and never hooked up the new ones. Eventually, everything was hooked up and sounds great. I really felt stupid!
Thanks for letting me re-live that experience. Jeff

    in!

...hooked up a single speaker (Pioneer bookshelf with a 10" driver) to the rear channels of an onkyo receiver bridged. Blew the amp and speaker. Hey, I was 13 and just learned about bridging via car audio! lol

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Got the cables today and they look great. Thank you so much early B.....:)

Once I get them hooked up I will run a shootout between them and the blue jeans cables I am using now.

(I will test with the CD player directly to the amp inputs - bypassing the onkyo - giving the best signal I can....)
