I have had the tuner for 16 months and love it. But, about 2 days ago the screen display is hardly visible. I have the brightnes and contrast at max and the screen is about as dark as it would be if I had the levels at their lowest setting....It has sat in the same spot with no moisture or problems. Do you think it sounds like I need the screen repaired....It is like the color of the screen seems to be fading away.. Thanks.. damon

    Hello Damon,
Thanks for using the Forum. The first thing to do is to is try unplugging the tuner's AC power cord. Leave the cord unplugged for at least 15 minutes before reconnecting. Hopefully this will restore the display. If not send the tuner to us at Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name and address and a copy of your sales receipt and mention that I asked you to send it in and it would be exchanged at no charge.
    Regards, Ken, Polk Audio

    Hey Full Moon,
Did you get the chance to hear the Bob Dylan show? My wife listens to the "space music", jazz and classical channels.
