    RonP,
It's you and me against the world brutha.
106", 16x9 aspect, Sony VPL-HS20 HD-LCD FP. A huge (no pun intended) improvement over my "old" 55" Mits WS.
Impressive! I've only got 85" but it's a good 85, I cannot go bigger as my front row is at 85" from the screen, 1:1 ratio, just the way I like it. I can't sit in the back row anymore, too far away.
Going on 3000 hours, probably more, on the original bulb....and it is our primary TV. If it's worth watching, its worth watching on a BIG SCREEN!
Again, impressive. That's quite a long life on a bulb Frank.

I have the room for it
Do you have a garage, I turned 1/2 of my 2 car garage in my HT. Look in the System Showcase for pics.

But, you get the CRT crap like traces, blooming, and the "halo" caused by the damn screen protector
Take it off. Before I had my Mits ISF'd I removed the protector. It will discolor the image as they have a purple'ish tint to them.
    If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.
