Magnet glue failed, magnet shifted, voice coil needs alignment

After my 6x8 inch Polk EX368 speakers started making scratchy noises, I found that the glue holding the magnets had failed and the magnets were moving around. I would like to re-glue the magets but aligning the magnets to the voice coil is not as easy as it would seem. The magnet just jumps into position and does not want to budge. I have been able to move them a little with a small hammer but still cant get the pole to align with the voice coil. Anyone have any tips on how to do this?

The driver assembly is shot, it's not something that can be repaired. If they are under warranty, look for a receipt and email polkcs@polkaudio.com
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
