need a lot of room for the rt-5000p, it will have a better botten end
the lsi will sound better in the meds & highs, unless you get a real good sub. the rt-5000 will be better on the bottem.
    . rt-7 mains
    rt-20p surounds
    cs-400i front center
    cs-350 ls rear center
    2 energy take 5, efects
    2- psw-650 , subs
    1- 15" audiosource sub

lets all go to the next ces.

I would want to hear them side by side. They are both cream of the cream for Polk.
The rt5000p system I heard when It was released, Its pretty amazing.
This would be a good test.

I currently have the RT5000p system on an Onkyo 989 but looking at these new LSi's is making me wonder if it would be worth it to upgrade.

No LSi dealers here. I bought my RT5000p system before listening to them too. There's just not any good shops where I live. I'm hoping someone out their has done the comparison.
