    Coffee with heavy cream.

You seriously use heavy cream in coffee? I thought that was for cooking?

I like my coffee leaded. extra bold, no cream, no sugar.

and I'm drinking water tonight, as I have been for the last 3 weeks since the pills I take say not to drink....but i think i might have a few beers later cause I'm getting ansy not having anything to drink in so long and dont want to lose my tolerance.

Not required, permitted. Do you know of any diet that permits something that is 100% fat? Can't drink too much of it though, it causes many trips to the bathroom.

BTW Russ I spilt more booze on my tie than you will ever drink in your lifetime! :D

Gotcha, heavy cream is good but I feel it's a sin to ruin good coffee like that.

My diet is based on what's in my fridge....which I can say isn't much right now.

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore
