    Well it was only fitting.

A dismal season finale for a dismal season.

This was without a doubt the worst season of The Sopranos. If this is all they have left then I suppose its a good thing theyre calling it quits after the next 8 episodes.

Yeah.... I don't think this season was THAT bad in general. I mean, as a drama, the Sopranos is still one of the great shows on TV..... but as a mob show, this season failed miserably.

I agree this season was a disappointment compared to the others. Not enough "whacking" for a mob show. I thought Christopher might get blown up when he got in his car after he left the restaurant with his female friend.

When they were showing Chris sitting at the table from outside, I thought he was gonna get sniped shortly after.

Maybe Im being too harsh on them. I think Im just using the previous 4 seasons as the benchmark. The first 2 especially were virtually flawless.

I guess this season wasnt that bad when compared to most of the crap on TV today, but to hold the name The Sopranos it shouldve been better.

The funny thing is, before they decided to make those last 8 episodes next year, that would have been the SERIES finale. The last Sopranos EVER.

    Eesh.

I thought it was a pretty cool season. Chris is imploding, Phil is cought up in the thought of rising to power and Carmine is dumb as ever. It will be interesting to see how the show actually ends.

still cant believe Tony turned that tang down, but then she did turn out to be a crack ****, just a hot crack ****, and Chris, man that's the way it is, he is a junkie and its going to get him in the end. Get loaded then head to a meeting, classic.

Tony is getting soft, maybe AJ will somehow get control in the end and just shoot Paulie in his fat mouth. Glad skinny bones Meadow moved away. The new chicks have promise, just have to wait and see.....

The tension and suspense in this new batch of episodes is insane.

I agree though, Junior's letter was hilarious.

    "Comfortably Numb"

What an exit for Chris! I was sad that he is gone, weird, kinda look forward to see him becomes a dad. wondering what he would be like.

Back to the opening song, I had to dig up my PF's collection, that song brought back fond memories of the eighties.

A very dull night for the Sopranos. Back in the old days, every episode was good. Lately, they suck. The writing isn't as good. However, the bloody tooth in the pants cuff was cool.

"You've done acid and **** like that haven't you?" Great question to ask your psychiatrist!

The bloody tooth in the pants cuff was a hoot! Very slow episode except for Tony kicking that guy's ****!

So who goes down? Phil or Tony?

Gah, they're taking a week off next week, have to wait until June 3rd for the next ep. That sucks.

I completely disagree with Early (shocker), btw, I think this season has been fantastic. Not as fast-paced as some of the earlier seasons, but I think there's a lot deeper meaning in some of the newer episodes. They make you think a lot more than just "I can't believe they shot that guy in the face."

I was thinking Tony may off himself. He said he can't kick the depression and his face at the end of last night just looked like all was lost.

Perfect song for Chrissy and perfect line of the song "THE CHILD HAS GROWN THE DREAM IS GONE"as he looked at Chris. He knew he would never become what he hoped.

Dont forget AJ trying to off himself. That was a graphic scene. The last 2 episodes are gearing up to be good. I think there both going down.

Last season blew dog. This season is very good!!

I too was sad to see Chris go. I always liked him. He gives us hotheads someone to look up to! :D

As for AJ trying to drown himself, I wish he had succeeded. I have hated this kid since the first episode. I can watch Meadow because she is just STUPID HOT but I get irritated just looking at the whiney AJ.

I hope they dont end it with Tony getting killed. Im personally hoping for Phil to get it. He's turned into a huge dick lately.

So if I'm right there are 2 episodes left ? I saw this Sunday's where AJ goes off the Deep end !

My guess is Phil is sick of Tony's crap and takes Tony out ! Or Tony is sick of everything and leaves the Mob.
