Need silver reciever with OSD

I am setting up a new system in the living room. I can't believe the wife said OK. We have a 2 and 3 year old and we are tired of watching Barny! I am going to buy a plasma TV and already have Polk RM6900 speakers in a box. I am going with all silver and need an decent but inexpensive silver receiver with PLIIx and OSD. I need to stay under $300.00. I don't mind buying used. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jeff

    Harmon Kardon 340 if you can find one used or a refurb.

    Mi recomendation is an used Yamaha RX-V650 or 657. I believe their prices are around your budget.
