I've had my psw404 for about 2 years now. The sub has been sitting unused for about 4 months while I renovated my house. I went to use it today, but it won't power up. The red led on the back doesn't light up. I thought it might be my receiver or the cable so I plugged my old sub in and it works fine. Does the 404 have a fuse that might have blown when i plugged it in?

Thanks

    Hello,
Yes, there is an AC fuse. With the unit's power cord unplugged remove the amplifier input plate by taking out the screws that go around the circumference of the input plate. Look on the other side of the input, near where the AC cord goes through the metal plate and there should be a fuse holder. You can remove the fuse and examine it under a strong light. Hopefully this will be the cause.
