Just when you think humans have evolved..............you read something like this. Very sad.

"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. I'm gonna catch hell here, but does anyone throw some blame on the wife. I am assuming this was presented pre marriage. the woman still married this guy? She apparently didnt see the robot from lost in space saying "DANGER WILL ROBINSON...DANGER!!!!!!"

did she read this and say, "oh, well this is quite reasonable"? WTF hapenned here? what could this guy have done to get the bride to call things off if this agreement didnt. perhaps if he prominently displayed a shovel...and a bag of lime, while subtly mouthing the words "your DEAD" during dinner?

    I dont know

TONS of blame on her, she's rock dumb for getting involved. There's always 2 people to blame in a relationship that continues on to marriage when you know that's what you're getting into. I mean, c'mon. They're both whacked out, she needs therapy and he might need a bullet.

I'm wondering if it isn't urban myth or a hoax... it's just *too* far off the deepe end. Also, excluding arranged marriage, what sort of dumb bimbo would marry him? (Someone with deep submissive fetish I suppose)

Well not that I have any experience with this, but you guys are aware that couples play and or LIVE by a master - slave way of life, you know a dominating role and a submissive role. There are contracts the "slave" sign and the whole nine yards, this looks like a home grown version of an agreement, but the jist is the same.

Try a little of HBO's show "Real Sex", and you won't be so shocked to find out there is a whole different world out out there.

This happened right across the river from Omaha in Council Bluffs, aka Counciltucky. The town is a carry over from the Omaha metro area into Iowa - it has a reputation of being a seedy kind of town. They have the casinos so Nebraskans can go gamble legally. ;)

Nick Lachey certainly knows a thing or two about prenups.

It's ironic that Nick wanted HER to sign a prenup (back when he was the richer of the two), but SHE refused on the grounds that it showed a lack of trust in your mate. Yeah right... that is just like saying you only purchase auto insurance because you don't trust the driving ability of others, and you know an accident is going to happen.

    http://att.eonline.com/Gossip/Tab/Archive2006/060224.html :

"When it comes to divorce, timing is everything. Or if not everything, at the very least $425,000. According to Us Weekly, that's the amount Nick Lachey stands to garner if his separation from wife Jessica Simpson began Dec. 13, when she moved out, rather than Nov. 23, when she reported they split. The difference? Under California law, Nick can lay claim to half of the $850,000 she got from a Dec. 5 concert in Cincinnati if a judge agrees with his bustup timeline. He says he was trying to make the relationship work. Or maybe he was just doing the math. That's only one of the nasty breakup McNuggets in the magazine's cover story (and similar stories in People and Star). Jessica is reportedly fuming that Nick's recent divorce filing reserves the right to request spousal support. And Nick is also seeking a bling exemption so his "miscellaneous jewelry" is considered "separate property." All in all, Nick stands to get half of what Jessica earned in their three years together (she made an estimated $35 million in 2005 alone). This is probably one halftime show Jessica could do without."
