You folks do realize that not every volume knob is the same right?
I go to -6 to -12 on mine... but I garuntee you its not the same as yours.- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
Around -10 from Reference for Movies, -6 if I am feeling frisky

I pumped the Pioneer Elite up to -26db last night on "Empire Strikes Back"
With all my upgrades, it was like seeing the movie for the first time again
Although when watching cable, I usually am in the -30 to -40 dbs
For most DVD movies -10 dB but 0 dB for movies with great soundtracks.
