I just got back from buying my Polks. I got all the stuff you see for $1800 Canadian through a friend of mine. Man, can't wait to set these babies up. And just to top off my day, my HK AVR 7300 came in about an hour after I got back!!! I will be setting them up after supper. I will let you guys know how they sound in a week or so, once I have everything dialed in.

Thanks guys, I set up the RTi10's and the CSi5 yesterday just to hear them and I was really happy. You guys noticed I had no sub hey, lol, I am not sure what I want to do with the sub. I was thinking about going with SVS but since I live in Canada shipping is over $160! SO I am thinking about finding something closer, or even DIY sub.

if your going to avoid the SVS because of shipping, go DIY. I did, and loved the results. tons on online resources for help. I say this all the time and sound like a broken record, but if I can build my own sub, there's not many people who cant.

first foray into home theater? thats a friggin smoker of a start. to get better performing speakers, you would have to go used without selling an internal organ to fund an upgrade new. In other words, those speakers will hold water for a looooong time if you need em too.

    good on ya
