this is a relatively minor issue... no real need to jump on it
but i'm inbetween cable and satellite, so i temporarily have my tv hooked up via antenna...
i have the audio defaulted to stereo through the tv's menu, and i've noticed that during certain programs, the output directed to the right channel will (from time to time) "phase over" to the left channel -- creating a momentary, but noticable hole in the stereo presentation
kind of like a brief fluctuation between mono and stereo, with the former "presentation" favoring the left channel
i'm sure this has everything to do with having an antenna hooked up and should be resolved with the addition of a satellite provider, but i'm still curious as to what might be causing this -- as brief and trivial as it might be
thanks for any input :)
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

My T.V. has a built in surround pro. and every now and then it just sounds or does funny things.
The comercial will start off real loud in the surrounds and then fade to the front channel.
Maybe it is the ota signal and the t.v. is just repeating what it heard.

I could also be signal strength when I was forced to just over air broadcast I used to have the same problem. Got a signal amp and the problem went away as well as the slight gosting, and line in the picture were gone, just my 2 cents worth
