Voltage fluctuations bad for my Dared?

Okay, so the fluctuations in my apartment complex are horrible. So I have various items plugged into a line conditioner that compensates for the fluctuations. Problem is, that for some reason when the conditioner kicks in, it makes this click noise (something switching inside) and if my Dared is plugged in to it, it makes it produce and non-audible something that triggers my M200's to kick on. If I just plug the Dared into your old-school cheapo power strip, this doesn't happen.
Will having the Dared not on the conditioner cause premature wear? Just seems like tubes are more sensitive (but I don't know), so I wanted opinions.
