We were hoping for March, but they might be a little late...

The SR5250's will be ready first, hopefully in stock by early March.

i dont think its beat up, i think the flash from the camera, or the light from the room is catching the cardboard ridges making it appear to be white.

That thing is beautiful. I'm already in love.

that thing is freaking GORGEOUS! it's EXACTLY what an SR sub should look like... like sean connery in the older james bond movies... clean, refined, elegant, but ready to kick your **** if you piss it off...

and i think the box is pretty wrecked, look at the corners and sides, too... but it's probably being punted around, slid across the floor, shoved aside, etc. etc...

i'm going to participate in some self-pleasuring while i look at pictures of the naked subwoofer...

it's seriously pretty guys, looks like top shelf stuff. that's somethin to be proud of. the cone is pretty damn sweet too... how its just like, blank... plain... with the little chromey lookin "SR" in the middle, as if to say, "i don't need no stinking logo's or crazy paint... i'll jump subwoofer a mudhole in your ****, becuase i am a sweet sub, and you are not."

I like the change of the logo on the woofer, much better than the prototypes.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

That's what I was wondering too...

It looks great. I think it has a much more classy and high end look in comparison to the older series subs.

Original Momo series is up there as far as classy subs go... this is above that... but you still gotta give props for allen head screws holding the magnet cover inplace.

far as price -- who wants to take bets?

    I'm guessing -- 499

Some prices listed here, but...anyone noticed the suggested list on the sr6500s on Polk site keep climbing?

I want a pair badly, but every time I look, the price has gone up on the website (damned product reviews). If history says anything, get them before they're given rave reviews.
