I need help!

im new to the car audio stuff i am buying two 6 x 9 polk db690 speakers for my rear deck and two polk db570 speakers for my front doors. they will be powerd by my new head unit which is a panasonic CQ-C7301U , will this unit provide enough power to effecticly push these speakers. the head unit is rated at 50W x 4 , also i thinking about buying the polk db212-2 sub box what would be a good amp to drive these subs do i need a 1000 watt amp or would the polk C500.1 Monoblock do the trick or do i need 2 of them i new to this and need help i really want the polk subs cause i love polk i just need to know what kinda power i need and what a good amp would be id like the pollk amp will it do the job?
