Svs Pb 10 Isd

Okay, fellas, no one seemed to bite on my HTS 5100 power conditioner for 1/2 off, but I'd like to see if anyone is interested in my 1 year old SVS PB 10. I'm just going to assume anyone interested will know the product, given the huge SVS following on the site. I'd really rather not have to ship it, but would be willing to meet someone who lives in the Northern CA/Bay Area region. I'm asking $250, and keep in mind the unit is $470 shipped from SVS. I think that's a very fair deal. It has a few little scratches on the top of the cabinet, but nothing really worth fussing over.

I'm getting rid of it in favor of a Martin Logan Depth, which I will p/u on Tuesday from Magnolia, in case anyone is wondering why I'm ditching it.

    Congrats, gregure! fast sale too, 45 min.? Did you compare the ML with any other brands carried by Magnolia? Curious to read your decision process. Either way, it's always fun to get a new toy. Definitely we'll be looking forward to your review.

    The Depth and the Descent are insane subs.... very musical and controlled - better than my PC+ for sure.

    I'd like to hear the ML Descent vs the PB12+/2 or the PB12Ultra/2 though.... that would be a battle of astronomical proportions.

    Agreed. It's too bad the magazines never review SVS, and we might have a vicarious experience on that comparison. There is hope: Home Theater just did a review of the Outlaw receiver.

    Gregure offered a great price...lower than I've seen on craiglist or audiogon. beardog got a great deal.

    I got a chance to listen to the SBS-01 5.1 set yesterday in a sealed 19x15x8 room. Very nice speaks for music and movies. Well worth the price. Very detailed treble/midrange, neutral to warm sounding, wonderful on vocals.
