Bad Driver - Mw7006 In A M5

I have a complete POLK surround system and one of my M5's doesn't sound good. I took it apart and discovered the MW7006 is bad. It is muffled and distorts badly when turned up. At low volume it is ok. I love the case design of these speakers and would like to know how I can fix this M5.
Date of Manufacture is Nov. 08, 1994. I purchased my complete system on June 30th, 1996.
