Dead Tweeters

Hello,
I just received a pair of Monitor 50s from an online store in New York. Both of the tweeters have no response, and one of them was actually caved in. I really don't want to deal with this company beacuse they never returned my phone calls, and the speakers took over three weeks to ship (I think there is something shady goning on).
My question is, are the tweeters covered by the warranty if they shipped damaged, or, how do I find the part number of the tweeters so I can order them myself so I don't have to deal with shipping them back to this company?
Thanks,
hamdog

Most likely "grey market" speakers, so you don't have a warranty. Call Polk CS to purchase new ones.Political Correctness'.........defined
