There's my 'inventory' or 'collection'. Meager, I know, but for 18, I think 77 CDs, most of good quality, is pretty good.
Let me know if I've spelled something wrong or if I've categorized a CD under a wrong genre. I'm not good at picking genres!George Grand wrote: »

danny_tse - When entering information into cd-tracker.com there is a place for additional notes at the bottom of the page. Are those every visble except when you're editing the album info? 'Cause I've been putting the tracks in there, but if those notes never show up, I think I'll stop doing that.George Grand wrote: »

I don't think you could read the notes except when editing the information for that particular CD. I added a note for my "Bangles - Greatest Hits" CD and I can only see the note on the edit screen.

I actually enjoy that CD a lot. Mom picked it up at William Sonoma (no, duh ) a few years ago, and I copied it as it's really a neat CD. If you wanted, I could send it to you (or parts of it) through AIM or email. Since I haven't ripped it yet, I could rip it in either MP3, WMA, or pure .wav.George Grand wrote: »

I use excel for tracking, but have another idea for storage..........................I store my CD/DVD collection in megachangers. You can buy'em non working (alot of them don't read discs anymore, but the carousel still works great) for pennies and they hold the CD dust free for you to access and play in your dedicated DVD/CDP. Some alllow linking 3 of the big 400 monsters together for a total of 1200 discs at your finger tips. Remote controlled storage boxes.HT Optoma HD25 LV on 80" DIY Screen, Anthem MRX 300 Receiver, Pioneer Elite BDP 51FD Polk CS350LS, Polk SDA1C, Polk FX300, Polk RT55, Dual EBS Adire Shiva 320watt tuned to 17hz, ICs-DIY Twisted Prs, Speaker-Raymond Cable
2 Channel Thorens TD 318 Grado ZF1, SACD/CD Marantz 8260, Soundstream/Krell DAC1, Audio Mirror PP1, Odyssey Stratos, ADS L-1290, ICs-DIY Twisted , Speaker-Raymond Cable -
^^ Not a bad idea, at all. Now, only if I had room for such monsters...George Grand wrote: »
