i mean it too. i got into a fender-bender yesterday. that's only two weeks after my speeding ticket. for the first time it was my fault. actually once again i may have been in trouble for alcohol. though it had no bearing because i had not drank from my mug yet, i had coffee with bailey's for the flavor. in no way could one little shot in a huge 16 oz mug get me innebriated. but the fact of the matter is that the alcohol could be smelled. if the officer wanted to, he could've gotten me for open container? anyway, alcohol and driving don't mix whatsoever. to anyone who reads this, steer clear of the mix.

It's just something a side character (Kenny Banya) on Seinfeld used to say to Jerry all the time when he heard Jerry say a good joke. "This stuff is gold, Jerry! Gold!"

You should be flogged for "Eyes Wide Shut" in your list. ;):D What a piece of crap.
The only thing great about that film was the cinematography. The story sucked...made no sense. Probably the worst acting in the careers of Cruise and Kidman. It was like they were on mega barbituates(downers).

I would say the same for Moulin Rouge, which I've noticed on WAY too many MEN'S lists. It's real pretty to look at but what a load of shite.

To Kill A Mockingbird had to be added. I know there's eleven, so let's just say there's a tie in there somwhere, k.. :)

It's really hard to pick ten, but these are definitely 10 of my favorites. My favorites list could go on for another 20 or so.

"Lonesome Dove" is right up there, but it's more of a series. Another series was "Centennial", imo, an incredible saga, along with "Roots", "Rich Man, Poor Man", and "Thornbirds". They were all great for made for TV series.

Hey I like plenty of movies that could be categorized as musicals (Wizard of Oz, Nightmare Before Christmas come immediately to mind). Just THAT one I don't like. It's just sappy and empty to me.

But you're right, to each his own. Just saying I'm surprised, I don't mean to take anything away from thsoe who LIKE the movie, it's their opinion.
